How do I obtain a copy of a Policy Document

To obtain a copy of a policy document:

1. Click on the Agent Connection link in the V3 Portal’s left navigation bar
2. Under the “Quick Links” section in the right side panel:
   1. Enter the policy number (please note this must be formatted exactly as the policy number appears on the policy)
   2. Click the “Get Policy Detail” button.  The current tab will refresh with key policy information along with links to available documents
   3. Click the on the appropriate document. This will generate a pdf of the requested document and display it in a separate tab for printing or download.  Alternatively, you can click on the “Email” icon next to the document name which will send an email with a pdf of the requested document to your email address on file.
