How do I obtain a Loss Run

To obtain a loss run for a given policy:

1. Click on the Agent Connection link in the V3 Portal’s left navigation bar
2. Under the “Quick Links” section in the right side panel:
   1. Enter the policy number (please note this must be formatted exactly as the policy number appears on the policy)
   2. Click the “Get Loss Run” button.  The will generate a pdf of the loss run and display it in a separate tab for printing or download.  Alternatively, you can click on the “Email” button next to the “Get Loss Run” button which will send an email with a pdf of the requested loss run to your email address on file.
