Pam Wagner, Executive Vice President of V3 Insurance Agency (V3), has been with the organization since its inception. Hired to oversee and expand V3’s Workers’ Compensation division, she successfully employed a series of adept underwriting standards and strategies that has consistently driven profitable results. She has been instrumental in the development and ongoing enhancements to V3’s online presence, iConnect, the organization’s signature platform. She is also responsible for V3’s relationships with some of the strongest-rated insurance carriers in the marketplace.
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Pam brings a wealth of expertise to V3 having worked in various senior management positions with some of the leading U.S. insurance groups. Prior to her tenure with V3, she served as Vice President for American International Group’s (AIG) largest internet-based Workers’ Compensation division. There, she collaborated with senior AIG executives to direct their Internet Workers’ Compensation unit, leading the team to record growth. Pam has been a leader in industry innovation throughout her career.
In her role as Executive Vice President of V3, Pam is responsible for leading all underwriting, marketing, and service-related aspects. Her focus is on profitability, consistency, streamlining processes, customer service, compliance, and strong renewal retention. Under Pam’s leadership, V3 has grown and thrived, such that, the organization drew the attention of the Berkshire Hathaway Group and was eventually purchased by the financial giant in 2022.
